Hi every one...................... :balloons: :biggringi
I received my visa yeasterday.
Interview was very coooool . I had an appointment at 9:15am reached on time but got inside the consulate at 10am. I was called at one counter where I had to submit documents - Snap,Job offer letter, passport, visa screen, cgfns certificate,DS forms ,policeclearance certificates, birthcertificate and a photocopy of each and sealed envolop of medical report. Then the lady asked me few questions about my job , the speciality , etc. Then they made me wait for some time. After almost 20 mins ,consular officer called and he took the interview where he asked about the job offer , asked few questions about employer, then the kind of job am gonna do there. Made me take oath and that's it, every thing was done. Work was done by 11: 45am
Then they gave me the sealed envolop and the passport in the same evening.
See that's all. Nothing to worry much if u have all ur documents properly. They din't ask any ITR .
Prasin all the best to u for ur interview and to all who have got dates this month and next month.

Hi Suzane and my dear friends,
This is to inform a strange experience what i got from NVC. As I have informed u before, when i called them a month back they said they haven't received my husbands Biographic form and fees yet and mine everything is ready. When i called up last friday they said the fees is paid but they haven't received the Biographic form of ME and MY HUSBAND. It is very strange and I asked her specifically again and again.
Now here come the next,,, the reply i got from my agency regarding this..
(Agency(
your case is filed at NVC, it was your husbands case that got delayed due to the retrogression and the Fee bill check that was not registered by them. We sent the fee bill back to NVC and they will work on your husband's case.
Let me tell you one thing, please do not call the NVC....as when ever they
retrieve your records to answer your query they put a flag and the officers
get very irritated when they see too many flags.
To quote examples: one of our nurse's case was delayed for 8 months as she
started calling NVC periodically last year. Just recently, one of our nurse from Dubai called NVC couple of times to enquire about her case and finally she was told by the officer that they will see that her case is not scheduled for a consulate interview.
The right way to address any issue is thru the attorney who has filed your case....we write letter and talk on the phone with utmost respect and courtesy as the people at NVC & Immigration can be very ruthless at
times.
I have already started checking in your case and bear with me for
smooth process in the 11th hour.
Now I don't have absolutley no idea how to tackle this issue... I scared like hell...
Please gime some idea to over come this issue....

In my sister case, she did not bring her ITR nor was it asked by the consul.
