Good luck on your journey and in your new homes!

[hi everyone, why is it that everyone seems sooo happy? is retrogression over? i have no idea coz am at work all day? pls help? thanks

Yes, retrogression is officially lifed, effective Jun 6 2005.

Meaning, new Adjustment of status applications were accepted from yesterday.

For applications that are already in process, can expect updates (not neccessarily approval depending on how long the application was in process/whether all needed documents are avaiable) from USCIS

To Give you some statistics, EB3 Schedule A category was under retrogression for around 155 days from Jan 1 2005 - June 5 2005.

Shusterman is wrong right now! There is a supplemental visa bulletin that was published! Schedule A is current!!!

hi dale ,incidentally shusterman always said there would be a supplement to june 2005 ,but he missed out on this one

Do you have an idea how long to receive the visa? I'm done with my packet4 (medical & consul interview) last September 2004, it just happened that I pass TSE October of 2004 and given the visa screen on February 2005. Is it possible for me to receive my visa on July?

How did you have your interview and not have the Visa Screen Certificate with you? As far as I know, it has been an absolute requirement. What did they tell you back then about it?

This kind of situation had happened to a couple of friends. They got their interview date, were interviewed but were not given their visas because they don't have visa screen certificates. When they passed the TSE and got their certificates they went back to the embassy as 'walk in applicants" and got their visas. But this happened two years ago, I don't know now.

I have a friend who was in the same situation. He reported for interview without her visascreen despite the warning from her agent that to complete the tse. Her visa was denied and she is again in reapplication process. Her employer were disappointed.

Did you submit your visa screen certificate to the U.S. Embassy? I think you need to have another medical exam because it is valid for 6 months only.

U.S. Embassy announced that they will resume visa interviews on the last week of June. But these are applicants that were documentarily qualified that were delayed by retrogression. I am not sure how would they schedule you. The best way is to call the Immigration Hotline of the U.S. Embassy.

guidance reg prep for interview anybody everybody welcome

During the interview the embassy look for my visa screen, I told them that I'm still waiting for my TSE. They told me to submit my visa screen as soon as I receive it, and as what Rep has said about his friend I was considered to be a "walk in applicant". When I submitted my visa screen it was time of retrogression that is why I haven't receive my visa. My passport and original documents was in embassy already, they told me that they will give it back to me together with my visa. How long will be the processing of visa, since its current now?

Yeah, I even personally sent an e-mail to Atty. Carl Shusterman yesterday to inform him that there is an update in the June Visa Bulletin. It is now on his news ticker.
