Instead of increasing ,the no of nurses is going down ,ie those appearing for nclex rn ,in 1995 was 75000 and in 2005 was only 65000 ,and the REQUIREMENT has possibly tripled , SO I DONT believe that there is going to be any shortfall in visas unless america decides that they dont value life and healthcare ,NEW LAWS CAN AND will BE MADE ,KID 80

i have the baptismal certificate from church,do i still need to have a certificate from the government that my birth was not recorded with them.it was the practice in india that the churches were NOT sending the baptismal records to the government but STARTED SENDING ONLY after the birth and death recording act was passed some time in the seventies say 1975 ,my birth was in the sixties ie 1962 ANY GUIDANCE will be mosy welcome (i received my appointment letter for 23 august at delhi today) bye god bless kid80

HELLO i have not yet received my appointment letter ,maybe it is on the way,so i emailed new delhi embassy and they mailed back that if i dont receive 2 weeks before then i should collect duplicate from 16/17 window between 2 and 3 pm. GOD BLESS kid80

THEY have our files the originals are bound to be with them. i dont think u need bother ebout that. bye kid

My case was transfered to the new delhi embassy sometime in march 2005 ,lets hope for the best .there is no option but to wait patiently keep in touch, nice to know that cases as late as nov 2004 have been scheduled bye and good luck sunni

Dear suzzanne: I have observed that for New Delhi and Chennai the appointments are issued for one visa number only(in almost all cases ),whereas for manilla more than one even upto 4 or 5. COMMENTS kid 80
