Um what? lol but so true so true, the last few times I was a day late and a dollar short, when I got to the break room, all the food was gone, I was like awe C'mon!

We've had situations where multiple men will come up claiming to be a patient's father. That's why good security is so important prior to receiving a patient who was involved in violence.

Hypertensive crisis followed by rapidly dropping O2 sats

Having to respond to a low O2 sat post IV pain medication administration. How did I respond? Got the patient on a mask, then titrated the O2 down to what he was at before when his O2 sat normalized.
