April 2008 NCLEX test takers, COME ON IN!

Per the request of janina08 ;) I've started the April NCLEX takers support group. When do you take it? What are you using to study? Would anyone like to review any of the systems/meds that he/she feels weakest on? Let's keep each other in our prayers and good thoughts as we go through one of the biggest experiences of our lives. :) :nurse:

However, thoughts alone are not enough. You can think and think and think, all day long, every day, for months and months, about getting a new red sports car. You can visualize it with complete clarity and belief. Yet it will never just magically appear in your driveway until you take the actions necessary to make your thoughts a reality.

To be effective, thoughts must be translated into action. Action by itself is not enough. Thought by itself is not enough. The combination, action driven by thought, is what makes accomplishment happen.

Think and do. Think and do. That is the way to success. :redpinkhe:yeah::up:

anyone have an idea which IV guage to use for which transfusions and why, i have little knowledge on that, i always pick the wrong answers before i realize its the gauge that made it wrong. thanks

for rapid emergency fluid administration blood products or anesthetics a large gauge is used such as 14, 6, 18 or 19 gauge needle//

Just got home, took the test at Portland, OR..

My head wants to explode right now :scrm:

I had 111-112 q's. 1 med calculation which I am not sure if it's correct and 11 SATA

i had calculation,,then it says write the answer with 2 decimal points....does it meanlike this 1.15 ?

yup...what I had was with 1 decimal point so from 1.875 my answer was 1.9ml i think:nuke:

Hi everyone,

I took my nclex on saturday april 19. This was my second time and passed with 75 questions. I used Suzanne's plan and it works!
