just make sure you have your passport with it.. and other ID's issued by your goverment... like license, if you have it...

what date was ur EAD mailed?/Did u get email notification before u got ur EAD on mail??was there any changes on online checking.

I havent got mine yet and no email notification and when i check online there is no updates.

Mine was filed on sep 28.

Hi sora sometimes the NOR is mailed to attorney only and attorney forwards the NOR to u . so check out with your attorney.

It was like that in my case.

hello, they mailed it Oct. 20 and i received it Oct 23... it was fast.. ayou also using texas processing center? did you register at the USCIS online checking? i got an email from them that they mailed my card already... you will also receive one, that is if you registered online... by the way, my papers were fmailed sept 29, and was received by USCIS October 4

My papers were mailed on sep 28 and uscis received on oct 2.

but No email notification and havent received EAD yet.

can u guess what went wrong??

Can u tell me when did u get ur NOR and when did u had finger printing??

Just for clarification purposes for everyone. Your lawyers will have to file the I-140 petitions to Nebraska Service Center first and it is up to NSC to decide w/c petitions will be transferred to Texas Service Center or remains w/ them.

Those petitions lucky enough to be transferred to TSC are aprroved usually within 2 to 3 weeks upon receipt from NSC.

The basis for w/c petitions get transferred or not remains unclear.

got my EAD already and went to SS administration to get a number... well i would have to wait for green card approval and i hope it will not take years to have it...
