October visa bulletin is out today. It is not current yet.It still has cut off dates and no schedule A in the list. My 1485 is pending at texas service centre and it says: Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed. On August 17, 2007, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. This case is at our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register. What are the chances of being approved . Any info on that wil be highly appreciated.

I had done chest x-ray for that purpose only But I am not sure whether my doc submitted the results along because when he gave me the medical examination documents he gave me in a sealed envelope.

but my doctor checked the box NOT DONE on the form I693. did your doc also checked the same box when you had to file the similar form.

I got a letter from CIS stating that my medical examination do not include tuberculin test. Myself and my husband both are PPD positive(my husband did when we was first employed here at US and I had done back home) so we did not do Montoux test we had done chest X ray at the time of our medical examination and it says normal. Now what should we do???? do the PPD test again??? ( I know it will come positive again) or do chest X-ray again. Does anybody here know how doctor should make a comment on that . Has anyone gone through the similar situation. We have only 19 days left to file for that evidence. Any info on that will be greatly appreciated. thanks

Hi suzzane, I am waiting for I 485 to be approved; before june 14 the processing date for I485 in texas service centre was sept 15 2006 now its March 15 2007. what does that mean by.will i still be able to get green card or did they trash my application. what will happen to all nuses who were waiting for their 485 to be approved.

Thanks Oh i am loving my job.Its soo easy all is computerized ,nothing to memorize and every where computer prompts me to do things. No physical work because of Hi-tec. But too much stuffs to record n report. How r u doing??

Hi karolina I got a message that my I140 has been approved today(It was filed on sept 28,if u remember). I think they soon will work on yours too . Good Luck.

Hi all Has anybody in this boat got I140 approved recently? My i140 status is updated from 10/4/2006 to 12/9/2006 but no approved or RFE messages.
