Hi every one out there!!!! an any one guide me in relation to registration in CARNA, Canada. I have applied for registration in CARNA,Canada.In form there was an option about clearence of NCLEX,i ticked it yes as i have done so through New Mexico. CARNA is demanding for verification of my result.On visiting the NM BON site i found out on thier form this.......... LICENSE VERIFICATION REQUEST FORM PLEASE FILL OUT VERIFICATION FORM BELOW AND MAIL OR FAX TO THE NEW MEXICO BOARD OF NURSING THIS IS THE ONLY FORM NEEDED FOR VERIFICATION TO CGFNS AND FOR ADVANCED PRACTICE AS OF NOVEMBER 1 ST , 2006 THE NEW MEXICO BOARD ON NURSING WILL START CHARGING A $30.00 FEE FOR VERIFICATION OF LICENSURE. WE ONLY VERIFY TO CGFNS AND FOR ADVANCED PRACTICE LICENSURE. WE DO NOT VERIFY RN/LPN LICENSURE TO OTHER BOARDS OF NURSING OR TO PRIVATE ENTITIES. YOU MUST GO THROUGH OUR NATIONAL COUNCIL AT WWW.NURSYS.COM What does this means...........is that they r not going to verify to international BON that is CARNA. Or i have opened a wrong form!!!!!! But on recent updates the sheduled A category no more exists in i140 columm instead nurses cat. is included in non immigrant H1C visas . Under which category in i140 does we come who have alredy applied for i140 and waiting for approval. Hope I was able to clear up my question. Silverdragon thanks for ur clearification but there is a slight mistake done by u ,I am a femaleAcc to updates provided by USCIS for i140 processing dates on 15th june,Scheduled A no more exists for nurses.Instead there is another category for nurses with H-1c for texas and Nebraska Service center. Why is it so............................?
