Hi Sora

How r u doing??

I am still waiting:uhoh3:

Today my lawyer showed me some news letter from NSV.

They said that they are delaying for issuing the receipt for schedule A now. They did not show the reason though.

Seiko5,you will be fine because normally we can get EAD 2 months later after you apply. Some people luckly can get EAD quickly though.I hope that you will get soon, too.

like some of you, i filed my AOS 1st week of August but i just received my Fingerprint Notice appointment today

a friend of mine filed one week AFTER i filed but his AOS was approved last week....talk about luck...

to those who filed for AOS on the 3rd quarter of this year, hopefully our AOS would be approved next year if and when schedule A visas would be current again hehehe

you are right... luck is an important ingredient.. two of my friends filed they documents at the same time last august 30, the other one already recieved his green card, the other one is still waiting... same center though... mine was filed last sept 29 and was already fionger printed last october 19... well i guess it has something to do with my bday... oct 19 was my bday.. .hehehehe...

JOHNMD is right... luck has something to do with it... or shall i say... those who are lucky pray harder than us....

Does Being single or married make any difference in terms of EAD approval???

I am married.I think my case is taking so much time bcoz there has to be issue 2 EAD(he he he Just trying to calm myself)

Is that true?????
