Can anyone tell me when to expect to get EAD once you file AOS. I already have visascreen.

mine was filed 3rd/october.i am still waiting for a receipt.

it is really frustrating but i have nothing i can do.

i just should wait. :uhoh3:

according to my lawyer,backlogs at the service center might creat delays in receiving a receipt notice.

i hope that i can get ead soon like you~!!!

wow... it should arrive this week... and proceed immediately to any ss administration and bring your birth certtificate and passport.. so you can apply for ss number.... that is if you ]dont have one yet

got my EAD already and went to SS administration to get a number... well i would have to wait for green card approval and i hope it will not take years to have it...

just make sure you have your passport with it.. and other ID's issued by your goverment... like license, if you have it...
