I worked for a healthcare system that did that, it had a much more pretentious name for it, though. (So smug that I forget what it is.)
And I'm a bit steamed that Teachers' Week aligns with ours. They couldn't do that a different week?

Although this may come off as "crusty", I think the whole "fill-in-the-blank day/week" concept is sort of condescending...

It totally eliminates that "P on my leg and tell me it's raining" thing that has been going on with Nurse's Week for awhile now.
