Ok peeps. I have one week to go with A&P and it looks like I have my A no problem. How is everyone else doing?

Congratulations!

I've still got another 3.5 weeks, but so far have had 1st of 3 lab practicals (2nd is tomorrow), got an A, and the first of 3 theory's (got an A). My lab practical Thursday is on the muscles and endocrine histology, yet we just started muscles in lecture today. It's feels a little backwards sometimes, but I feel good about the practical on Thursday, just need to touch up on some of the hyoid muscles and some of the tendons of the feet.

Good for you! I think the key to this class is having enough study time and keeping on keeping on.

i still have about 3 weeks left. i'm still pulling through, though my class seems to have dwindled significantly. at this point i'm still afraid i might tank, and i'm already nervous about all the classes i'll start in fall.

hopefully i'll come out with as much success as the rest of you!

Just one more week of class and it's almost over. We had a lab test today and I think I got an A! We have a lecture exam tomorrow so I have to go study! hehe should'nt be here on Allnurses with the test tomorrow! :)

Oh my goodness, I am taking A&P II this summer in a 4 week long term. We just started Monday. We meet 4 days a week from 7:30 am until 11:45 am for lecture and lab. Good grief! I am a night person and having a tough time adjusting to these hours! The third day of class is over and our midterm practical is in a week! What have I gotten myself into? Hahahaha.... All you can do is grin and bear it, right? :-) Hope all of you are doing well in class! We did blood typing today and it confused the heck out of me, but I think I finally got it straight in my mind. 4 weeks?! OMG -- that is crazy. My class is 6 weeks long and it is still a lot! Today we had to start our rat dissection. My lab partner was a chicken, so I had to do it all.

I hate having to identify slides. That was my least fav part of A&P I.

I finished with A&PII yesterday(Thursday) and I came out with a B:( . I was so close to an A and I know it was the last exam that got me. I decided not to take Micro this summer because I just have to much to do to prepare for nursing in the fall. I have not yet ordered uniforms gotta do that soon. And plus I want to take this next month to review all about dosage calculations, and review to make sure i know my A&P. I hope you all do well in your classes and have a great summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the last week of my A&P2 class. I"m getting an A so far but I have one more lecture test and one more lab test. I don't have much confidence about these. The lecture is going to be oral and cumulative. The teacher has already given us the 16 questions and we pick 4 out of a hat and verbally answer those. I haven't even started on answering those questions. I have to have all those answers in my head. Then the final lab will be on Thursday. We are suppose to do the cat. I will have to miss class on Tuesday because I have nursing school orentation and uniform fitting that day. I know I can pull at least a B but I wanted an A in that class.
