okay you guys....everyone that is taking anatomy this summer post away here
hehe this is going to be an interesting summer
any sites will be greatly appreciated lol :chair:
Have you had a full-time credit load while working full-time before? Also, many people do find A&P to be more time demanding than other courses.
I decided to swap it for Micro so I will be doing that instead....My friend that is a nurse told me that Micro may be easier in the summer instead so I'm hoping that is the case... I'll save A&P for the fall/spring semesters...

I hope I didn't sound discouraging. I just cannot fathom taking A&P over 4 weeks, working full-time, and taking care of children. I suppose some superwoman somewhere has done it.
I got an A on my 3rd lecture exam and an A on my first lab practicum. I am happy cause in A&P I i did not do as well as i wanted to but i ended up with a B. This time in A&P II i want an A cause i know i can do it. I worked full time during the first 5 weeks(A&PI) and since i got easy A's in my spring semester classes(Psy,Soci,E.COmp1) and worked full time, i thought i could do it with A&P to. Well i was mistaken, i struggled through A&P1 ended up with a B and was not to depressed about it. Now A&P II i am focusing all my time on it and it is paying off. Hope everyone is doing well

Only 3 weeks to go for me and A&P I. I. AM. SO. TIRED.
I did something I've never done before. I just blew off studying. All weekend. I have a 96% average so far. I just quit studying. Couldn't take it anymore. Now I'm a week behind with 3 weeks to go. It might get ugly from here on out.
Does anyone know of any resource where you can locate the shape and type of a given muscle?
For example for each muscle of the body it would specify whether it was unipennate/bipennate/multipennate/parallel/circular/convergent as well as whether it was quadrangular/rhomboidal/fusiform/trapezium/triangular/digastric/bicipital?
Our models are OK at the school but I'm not sure on a lot of the muscles if I'm identifying them correctly.
Thanks in advance and have a wonderful Independence Day.

The best visual site for muscles that I've used is http://www.getbodysmart.com/ap/muscularsystem/menu/menu.html.
Good luck
Been doing A&P since the last week of May and have two more weeks to go, although I believe I will be finishing it up next week as it is online. So far I have a 90%, hope to keep it, but it has been a struggle! Not an easy class! Thank God, I have a great teacher that I had last semester for Micro and he helps as much as he can. I hate it when the tests lock up right in the middle of them though! I have had that happen once and I was petrified!
I found a neat website!
