EB3 MOVEMENT 2015---for those who want to pursue their US application.

HI, I WOULD LIKE TO START A THREAD REGARDING THE EB3 PRIORITY DATES(PD) MOVEMENT.

If february's PD is up to JAN 2014, prediction for next month might be a 7 month jump again to AUGUST 2014.

Then by APRIL, it can be CURRENT.

what are your thoughts on this? maybe we can update or give advice for those who want to pursue their AMERICAN DREAM.

My PD will be current as of August 1st. Keeping my fingers crossed that no retrogression hits.

Not in the UK but in Ireland. Eb3 applicant waiting for interview date as my pd is sep2009. Keeping my fingers crossed for today sa sep 2015 visa bulletin can coje out anytime.

Hi,

about 8 or 9 years ago I contracted with an agency and applied for EB3 visa. I passed NCLEX-RN and IELTS and got my Visa Screen Certificate. Due to visa retrogression it lasted a long time and unfortunately (or FOTUNATLY) the agency sent me a termination letter. They didn't send me any information about my visa process. I know that my priority date was 2007. A few months ago, I received a letter from NVC showing that "A VISA NUMBER IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE...." I want to ask while I don't have a job offer, can I obtain my EB3 visa? what should I do?

I would appreciate any advice or information.

You need a employer as your visa EB3 is employer based. You could ask around and see if any employers are interested

Hi meeky where have your application reached? Have you got your I-140 approved? How long did it take? I'm also with the same agency through which you applied. Can you please share your time line of processing?

My agent filed EB3 for me in August, and I just got a receipt number from USCIS, there is a date showed on the paper, just wondering is that my priority date? and how long does it take to get a final interview after that?
