AOS and EAD

one day before november 1......
yeesh, i DONT think my AOS would be approved tomorrow :biggringi
like some of you, i filed my AOS 1st week of August but i just received my Fingerprint Notice appointment today
a friend of mine filed one week AFTER i filed but his AOS was approved last week....talk about luck...
to those who filed for AOS on the 3rd quarter of this year, hopefully our AOS would be approved next year if and when schedule A visas would be current again hehehe

My file was sent to texas. although iam in NY> my EAD came after two weeks, but my I 140 is not approved yet. i was fingerprinted on october 10. do you think i will make it or the retrogression will affect me,,,
iam new to the site, but i learned a lot here

I think you should just wait for your notice of approval for your I-140.

Besides, you can't do anything anymore but to just wait for the legal process.

If it's sent to Texas you will have your notice of approval or an RFE in just a short period of time as Texas usually makes decisions quite fast as evidenced by the experiences of your fellow posters here.

Please keep us posted.

I'm sure, Suzanne4 and other posters going the same route as yours will have a more detailed response to your concerns. Just wait for them.

I am still waiting for my EAD.
Does Being single or married make any difference in terms of EAD approval???
I am married.I think my case is taking so much time bcoz there has to be issue 2 EAD(he he he Just trying to calm myself)
Is that true?????

i think being married has nothing to do with it... becasue the people i told in my previous message here are all married with kids...

don't worry i am praying that well all get our EADs...

i got my SS card 2 months ago.....i started my work a month ago and got my first pay check 2 weeks ago :biggringi

it took one month before my wife and I received our EAD's......you will receive yours too, dont worry

Ive received my EAD and RFE for I-485. My documents have been mailed to INS. So all im waiting at this time is a final approval for gc.

It's weird tough, my I-131 has not been reviewed yet. So I am waiting for it as well.

You will get it soon Seiko.

I am in New York. I am so bored now. I have been going to school forever, and finally I am done with everything. There is no more test for me. All I am doing is waiting for my EAD. It makes me bored to tears :uhoh3: . What are you doing while you are waiting for your paper to get through? (I tried to clean up my apartment and sold all my nursing books on ebay Don't have any more books to sell.)
