AOS and EAD

congratulation!!!I was really glad to hear that.:wink2:
Mine is not yet but I was so tired to wait for my receipt.
I could receive this in the end of october though.
If you don't mind,could you tell me how you checked your EAD on line??
I already have my account.Do they send updated information for you by E-mail or do we have to check our status periodically???

Thankyou very much.

After opening ur account did u put ur receipt number there?? ( all NOR of EAD,I140,I485,I131)??

when you add ur receipt number, there is a email tab box next to it check the box and u will be notified whenever ur case is approved or mailed.

sometimes they do not send email (if ur case is not approved )they just update the DATE there. so better check urself frequently also.

My I-140 is approved and priority date in MARCH-20-2006.

INS has received my I-485 petittion on OCT-30-2006 and already withdrawn the cheque amount(Fee for I-485) which I have attached with the file on NOV-03-2006, but I have not received my receipt number yet.

Will INS consider my case?

Please help

i think yes as they received your petition before 11/01.

your finger printing has nothing to do with your EAD... finger print is for your AOS and GC.... so you will get your EAD ahead and you will see that there is no finger print on it

Hi, I believe so because mine was received by USCIS on the 31st of Oct and i have letters of receipts for each of them.I saw they had withdrawn the checks over the weekend and got the letters on Monday.

Am trusting God for a miracle.

Hi, I believe so because my i-140. i-485 and i-765 was received by USCIS on Oct 31. I saw they had withdrawn the cheques over the weekend and got the letters of receipts on Monday.
