AOS and EAD

Can anyone tell me when to expect to get EAD once you file AOS. I already have visascreen.

Than I can assume that it is postal delay?, they will send the receipt to address which I have specified in the I-485/I-765 right?

I got my receipt today!!..One more clarification.

When we check the processing date information under service center(Texas), where we need to look for I-485?is it same for all employement based petition?

your 485 will not be processed because of retrogression..what they will process is your travel document only andyour EAD

Hi, I believe so because mine was received by USCIS on the 31st of Oct and i have letters of receipts for each of them.I saw they had withdrawn the checks over the weekend and got the letters on Monday.

Am trusting God for a miracle.

do you know if thos passing through the AOS will still be interviewed before green card.. i mean interview by the INS of USCIS?

Have not heard anything yet, Seiko. As soon as it gets approved I let you know :-) I am praying for it everyday and my intuition says to me that the approve notice is on its way. :-) I keep being tuned:-)

Everybody who filed their 485 form. You know that Green Card Lottery is open at this time. Can we still file the application while our AOS is in progress? Does anyone know the answer?
