for all those who love our beloved fran who touches the lives of so many here at allnurses, i received the following email from fran's daughter just now. she asked that i share this with you all. please pray for our beloved member fran that she will pull through this latest health crisis and return to us as soon as feasibly possible. :icon_hug: :cry:

hello renee,

i am fran's daughter. she asked me to contact you so that you could

spread the word in asking for prayers. she has a bad cold (sore throat and

congestion) and fears getting sicker and doesn't want to end up in the hospital again.

can you send messages to the christian nurses group as well as to "all

nurses"?

I have not received an update on Fran as yet, but will post when I do. I'm sure she is feeling all of your prayers and positive thoughts of her. :icon_hug:

Also, Z took time to send me a "PM" about how the title was misleading...possibly causing some to think the worse regarding Fran's health. (Thanks Z!) I apologize sincerely for any anxiety anyone felt when reading the title. I certainly did not mean to alarm anyone in that way. I was emotional when I posted it because Fran and I have been very close for years now, and talk often on the telephone. She has been an angel, a devout prayer warrior/partner for me, and I am blessed to know her. She is more than a friend to me. I embrace her more than family.....I chose her to be my "sister". We are sisters in Christ, and that makes us "Blood".

If any moderators are reading this thread, and would like to change the title of both threads I posted regarding Fran's health status right now, please feel free to change the title to "Fran Request Our Prayers". Thank you in advance!
