I am so happy that it is Friday! This week felt like forever! What is everyone up to this weekend?

Today is my babies' birthday! They are 9! 9 years ago right now I was sitting in the hospital on bedrest (preeclampsia), unaware that in a few hours my water would break and they would be born at 32 weeks. But today they are busy, healthy third graders! Woo!

All my kids will be with their dad this weekend and SM and I are going to see a show in Chicago. We'll meet up a group of my friends/sisters before for dinner/drinks.

I'm gonna hit the gym after work today and again in the morning to accommodate the beer and food I will enjoy tomorrow evening. Hoping to do a Zumba class tonight and another in the morning as well as lifting weights. Then on Sunday, SM and I will take his dog on a 10 mile hike.

My daughter is in our schools musical play "Fiddler on the Roof". I will be enjoying this tonite, Saturday night and again on Sunday afternoon. Cast parties after each performance. I see getting not much else done this weekend.

I'm also hitting the gym after school tonight and then my husband and I are meeting some dear friends for a night out with dinner and drinks tomorrow. Otherwise I will be doing massive (and I mean massive!) amounts of laundry this weekend.

Happy birthday to your babies! As a former NICU nurse I'm glad they made it to 32 weeks! Good job, mama!

Woo! I love Friday! What's going on for the weekend friends??

Today I have no students but I have an in service in the morning and meetings in the afternoon. Tonight I'm heading to zumba and then relaxing.

Tomorrow SM and I are going into Chicago to celebrate a friend's bday. Sunday is more Bday celebrations for my family- we have 5 family members with March bdays so we have dinner and cake at the same time for them all :)

Finally Friday! This week has been exhausting. I think everyone is just done at this point; myself, the teachers, the students, everyone. It has been a week of "why did your teacher send you to me for that?!" and hot glue burns and one broken nose resulting in way too many phone calls to parents to make them get him evaluated. I soooo need this weekend! Girl Scouts tonight, then a blissful day of nothing on Saturday, then cookie booth for Girl Scouts and birthday party for my bff's son on Sunday. Next week is a 3 day week because of parent/teacher conferences, yay!

Happy Birthday to your twins!! I have a 9 year-old and it's a really great age :) I am outta here at 1:30 PM. It's currently snowing which is totally depressing to me. My daughter and I are headed up to Concord, NH for her dance competition all weekend. Will be fun to have a special weekend away with her while the husband holds down the forrt with 11 year-old and the dog!

Today is our last day before Spring Break next week! I'm caught up on all of my IEP evaluation reports so today I'm focusing on charting on my 8th graders student health files before they get shipped up to the high school at the end of the year. After work I'm going to the gym, picking up my kids and we're hosting my niece for a sleepover tonight with pizza and Finding Dory.

Next week I'm orienting at a new hospital so I can pick up shifts in their NICU and then I work an 8 hour night shift with my old NICU buddies on Thursday night. Otherwise I'm hoping to go to a couple of daytime yoga classes since my kids will be in school next week and read and just enjoy some alone time. :)

It's snowing!

My Big Kid is coming home from college tonight for his Spring Break. I am picking him up at the airport. I can't wait!

Tomorrow I have some busy work to do, and may go out with friends.
