So, what color are your school uniforms?

I had figured that this might be an interesting topic of discussion.

What color are the uniforms that you all wear to clinical rotations? I currently attend an LPN-to-RN bridge program. The scrubs at the school that I currently attend are maroon. We have the option of wearing a white warm-up jacket on cool days.

When I was attending an LVN program back in 2004 and 2005, our uniforms consisted of a royal blue scrub top and white pants. We also had the option of wearing a white warm-up jacket on cold days.

The LPN program at CWI in Idaho requires us to wear Wine colored tops, with White bottoms, or a Wine colored warmup whenever we want. Thank goodness for it too, I am 6'8 and most scrubs fall too short and I have to have them custom made.

Hi, our LPN program has us wear navy scrubs for lab days and white scrubs for clinical. I'm not looking forward to the white scrubs.. =P

Hi, there! My school in Buffalo has us wearing white tops with wine colored pants. We also have white lab coats. I don't start until Tuesday, so I have yet to wear them.

We wear royal blue polo shirts with white bottoms and @ clinical we wear all white....ughhh. Boy do I hate wearing white, not a day goes by that I don't get something on them!!!

When I was at LVN school it was Royal Blue for theory and white with blue trim for clinical's. At the time our school was flexible in that we could buy other royal blue scrubs that fit us better than the school issued ones but people abused that right by buying extra extra baggy so they started to put the school patch on the theory ones too.

I still wear most of the blue scrubs I bought for myself because there are more important bills to pay (these are plain ones without the school patch)

hunter green scrub tops and pants. white shoes. not sure about a jacket, though.

we wear regular clothes for theory. it's pretty amazing what some folks think is acceptable for school...low rise jeans and a thong/tat showing seems to be the norm.

ooooops...my bad. I shouldn't be so judgmental.

at least that's what I was taught in NF. I guess my advanced age is showing! :clown:

Seal blue scrub top with white scrub pants is what we wear on rotation....on cold days we are allowed to wear a white lab coat or white shirt underneath our scrub top

At Austin Community College our LVN uniforms are White Scrub tops and Hunter Green Scrub pants...

Have no idea why they would choose white, it gets so dirty so fast

Just an opinion, eventhough I dont like white scrubs either but I think it really look more professional on nurses or nurse students to put it on!!! That white scrubs just make them look like the Physicians:D!!!

For class, hunter green landau classic pants and top. For clinicals, same pants white landau top. VERY specific.
