Hi! I've been looking for a post like this. Has anyone received a TEAS invite? And how many points are you guys at preteas?

Hello! No I haven't gotten an invite yet or heard anything from Mt. Sac. They said we should hear back first week of March, so hopefully by next week

I'm so nervous! LOL especially cus I'm struggling to study for for A&P & chem. It's too much. How are you guys studying for the TEAS?

me too!! I don't even know where to start ? but I know that they recommend the mometrix book to study for it and that it has pretty much the same feel as taking the actual test.
Mometrix is a good place to start. that's what I was planning to do. I've heard the practice tests from ATI are like the real deal.
81-83 is so good! you'll probably get an invite!
I've heard a mt. sac counselor say that the top applicants don't get put in the lottery. Some people are chosen automatically and then people are selected from lottery

The book is too much, I'm stressed with how much info there is. I bought their flash cards, which honestly are so helpful. I'm doing YouTube and notes cus I just can't remember everything, ima just do the basics LOL I'm applying with 80 points but I just got my AA, so hopefully, if I get a meeting, they add the extra 5 points. 81-83 points is good!! I've read on prior posts that 80+ is good. So fingers crossed & we get an invite!

I got my AA as well this February, but my degree was posted wayyy after the deadline of the application, which was a bummer since my total would've been more T—T regardless, I think we should start studying for the TEAS because the coverage of topics is not something we can cram loll

I did! I was really hoping to get in because there's really nothing else for me to do to make my application stronger (except maybe be a veteran LOL) but I learned the hard way with the lottery system T—T

OMG! Let's keep our fingers crossed, I feel like I'm in the same boat. And to answer your other post, I've been studying since January LOL but it's been some time since I've taken English/Math. So I studied with all 3 subjects & just started science this week. But definitely overwhelmed LOL like chem is gonna kick my ***. But I'm just gonna retain what I can. ?
