So, what color are your school uniforms?

I had figured that this might be an interesting topic of discussion.

What color are the uniforms that you all wear to clinical rotations? I currently attend an LPN-to-RN bridge program. The scrubs at the school that I currently attend are maroon. We have the option of wearing a white warm-up jacket on cool days.

When I was attending an LVN program back in 2004 and 2005, our uniforms consisted of a royal blue scrub top and white pants. We also had the option of wearing a white warm-up jacket on cold days.

Why white? Simple...easier to tell when it's been laundered...IMO.

White top with hunter green piping, hunter green pants, optional white warm-up jacket, white all leather shoes. For regular class, hunter green polo (w/ school logo) and whatever pants.

I live in Texas so first I'm not sure where you even find a turtle neck, I am hoping that I might get by with a long sleeve shirt that is all white. I hate the idea of having a tight collar around my neck.
I'm also in Texas.

Inexpensive turtlenecks can be found at the local Wal-Mart or Target store.

Ours are burgundy for the LPN program. They have the schools name on them. :] I do know that the RN program gets the navy blue ones.

We can wear whatever scrub shirts and pants we want to class and lab. We have white clinical scrubs, us girls have to also where a white apron with navy trim

We have to wear green scrubs to class with white shoes and if it gets cold we can wear a white only shirt under the scrubs and for clinicals all white everything. Should be fun. :)
