8-4:30 job, no weekends. Great benefits. 5 weeks vacation a year excellent retirement plan. plus a supervisor who is so very supportive. (small town, no traffic!)

3. Critical Care Unit (Cardiac/Medical)

4. $39.50 /hr, union, next raise in Jan.

RN 25 YRS PEDI-$28./HR

Hemodialysis staff nurse

Nurse since 1982 but out of the profession for many years

Re-entered nursing 1 1/2 yrs ago.

$21.88/hr

New grad- ICU stepdown

$18.37 base

2. 11 yrs experience

wow.....i suddenly feel underpaid......maybe its the small rural hospital i work at. i make $18.59/hr ( not including shift diff and weekend diff)

i have 3 1/2 years experience
