4. $23/hr (getting 7% raise this month so it will go up )
8-4:30 job, no weekends. Great benefits. 5 weeks vacation a year excellent retirement plan. plus a supervisor who is so very supportive. (small town, no traffic!)

wow.....i suddenly feel underpaid......maybe its the small rural hospital i work at. i make $18.59/hr ( not including shift diff and weekend diff)
i have 3 1/2 years experience
