I don't know but, after reading some of these salaries..........I be awful ticked working in a unit and getting less than 25 bucks per hour..........or lets put it like this...........I be awful ticked knowing I'm making less than an assembly worker in Detroit..........and without retirement benefits like the auto workers get.

Ya know...........why can't nurses start a National Union? I'm sure it would be years before we have any real power but.....:confused:

I know U of M nurses are unionized.........I wonder if we have any of those on the board and what is your pay scale and or nurse to patient ratio????
