you see a kid throw up in wal mart and start a list what could be wrong with the little guy...... and you're the only one not freaked out by the vomit on the floor

you notice when someone goes to the bathroom & does not wash their hands... or have people stare at you for washing yours by CDC guidelines....

When you get excited over things like starting an IV on someone you never thought you could get one in and it was in the middle finger. You are even more excited to find out that the next day it is still working.
