hello everyone

i did the pvt trick 24hrs after delivery successful, and i checked my bon website today 2 days after taking test, nclexrn 2010 test plan of course, with 265 questions and i passsssed,i am an rn,yeahhhh,so one more confirmation the pvt trick works, know whats funny i didnt even have to pay the 8 dollars, the pearson vue is still saying my exam results are not available, but the bon in massachuesettes is also just as reliable.thank you all for your kind words and support, best of luck.

originally i was kind of lingering/lurking around studying i wasnt really doing anything but i knew i had to set up a date to really study so i set up an appointment to test a month from the day i planned to study and the whole time i used that as my inspiration. during this time i was studying about 300-400 questions a day at first it was very hard to study but with time it was very easy to do a few 100 questions. i studied saunders, lippincot, and prentice hall. i first used Lippincot (the easy one) for some confidence and simple test taking skills, then moved up to saunders (a bit harder) until i was getting 80's then for the remainder of the week before nclex i started using prentice hall (very hard) and still managed to get 80% on it.

by the end of my studying i was not using lippincot at all since i was getting consistent 90%'s and used saunders for about 80% of the questions and prentice hall for 20% of my daily questions.

i would have to say that the test really felt like prentice hall, but not as hard. i think that out of all the study material saunders helped me the most if i studied using only lippincot i would have failed for sure. i feel that prentice really helped me become better at choosing the right answer but i still feel that it alone would not have helped me pass the NCLEX. prentice hall seems to have a longer learning curve and the scores you get with it are very discouraging which is why i used it to study later on. i feel that confidence plays a big part in passing.
