I was kind of nervous going into my new hospital position due to all you hear about this subject. I was very glad to find its not the case on my unit (at least not my shift).

We don't eat our young or even our own.

There is bullying in nursing -- not much, but some -- and it's because nurses are people and PEOPLE are sometimes bullying.

We don't act as though we are out to get other nurses.

Having been a nurse for >20 years now - I just don't see this. Why not treat others as you would want to be treated?
