Okay ya'll, tell me what you think about this. One male nurse at LTC facility, involved with 4 female staff members who all work the same shift. The supervisor (RN), the LPN that assists him on his hall, and 2 CNA's. Usually, I'm pretty much one to think "to each his own". However, I think think this situation is going to end up with someone hurt. :chair: So many crazy things happen at this place, I don't even know why it fazes me. But his relationship with the CNA that works my hall is screwing up her job performance. She is so worried about what he's doing and who he's interacting with she can't get her job done. She left today without getting any vital signs or charting input/output. She's frequently talking about how she's gonna beat the supervisor's a@# if she catches them together. She knows about him and the supervisor, but none of the others know about each other (if that makes any sense). I don't know what this man has that is so good. But to get to the point, it's like going to a soap opera every weekend instead of work. I still love my job; it's kind of interesting to watch this all unfold. There is no professionalism anywhere. Today was one of those days where I just didn't feel like a nurse at all. It amazes me what people are willing to sacrifice in order to get their groove on. I can't tell the supervisor about this CNA's job peformance because he's seeing her too. I think this matter is going to have to go to the administrator, it's too much for me to handle anymore:confused: . Any advice?

But then,, just for sh*** and giggles you could just clue everyone else in on who everyone else is sleeping with, then sit back and watch the fireworks!!!! NA,, just kidding, but wouldnt ya just luv to.
I agree with this.........at least the first paragraph...
although the 2nd one sounds like FUN
You got to laugh if you don't cry first.
Lucky guy i'd say. Well if the CNA is a two timer, what exactly is her problem? What happened to fun?Okay ya'll, tell me what you think about this. Now, if it's affecting her job, irrespective of who she is seeing, she needs to sought herself out. Keep domestic problems separate from work or she should be deemed not fit to work.
Peeps should have fun but work should be taken seriously and that is one of the reasons why i refuse to engage or condone chit chat on the unit. Whatever you or i do out of the unit is our private business(es).
If the whole female staff in the hospital find me sexy enough to invite me back to their respective places, huh.... ride on I say. Wishful thinking.
Just my humble opinion. :)
That has never been a problem in my 'neck of the wood'.Your stories of the Romeo nurses reminds me of nursing school...I had 5 guys in my class and they were ALL the Romeo types...in fact I think they went to nursing school just to be around as many women as possible to increase the liklihood of 'conquests'.Ah well whoever said nurses were perfect was wrong...we are a very human group and we will find all types won't we. LOL.
I believe it takes two to tango. You cannot have a Romeo without the Juliet.
A straight man in a woman's world, what do you expect?
Well you cannot blame the guy. Thank God she's his Boss and not the other way round. *** Sexual harrassment ***
Sexual Harrassment swings both ways! At least it does in the UK
I have just read all these postings and have been giggling my t*ts off at all the shenanagins :chuckle
But I do feel so sorry for the person who just wants to keep her head down & do her job. I'm sorry, I've no other advice to offer, other than what has already been said.
True... but i hardly hear of the guy complaining.
No, he wont be complaining... yet... until his supervisor sacks him, then he'll say he was forced into it in order to keep his job!!!!!!!! Lets face it as an ex stripper, she's no Shrinking Violet & he could well argue that he was intimidated by her & felt obliged too do as she demanded :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Keep the comments rollin'!

I like that, but Pam :
1: I hope the supervisor will be smart enough to sack him on substantial grounds that his work is appalling or he is in breach of his contract.
2: I don't think the jury will believe she had to do much convincing to lure him into her bossom. :)
You can force a horse to the river, but you cannot force the horse to drink. No matter how obliged a man feels to do what a feline demands, the law of nature prevails.
3: I reckon this has been going on for a considerable amount of time, not a one-off, hence, not an harrassment more like a sexual favour. :chuckle

LOL! No shrinking violet I agree..I've worked with nurses who have slept with surgeons in return for a free boob job, then flashed the new boobs to anyone who wanted a peek. So I know this type woman is out there too...also agree with the guys who say it takes 2 to tango. I disdain both the 'tango-ers' when it effects the workplace. But then I'm most comfortable in extremely professional environments.

Yes the 'womanizers' as I like to call them were all smart enough to make it through school. The married one lost his wife, another one found a wife (married another student). And the other 3 are probably still philandering their way through their female coworkers if I know them.
