That's right; this semester is over and it's no longer in my hands! :yeah:I'm officially playing the waiting game! I've done all that I can and all that needs to be done. The school's acceptance letters go out in March so I'm on here looking for someone, anyone on here who might be in the same boat as me and who wants to jump into the pool and swim with me as we wait for our numbers to be called!
So... anyone out there?
I applied for the initial filing period...that came and went. and now I'm working on the supplemental. That will be due in two weeks. I'm starting to send out transcripts to other universities. Oh, the nerves and the anticipation.... I feel like I won't sleep until March, when I find out....
Hey everyone!! Thank goodness- I'm gonna be on pins & needles the next few months, and it will be easier knowing I'm not alone! I still have the TEAS test to take Friday, but with only one prereq left & knowing that I'll finally be moving on from 2 years of working, taking classes, & researching programs- I already feel a huge sense of relief. Just ready to start! I've applied to Western Carolina University & East Tennessee University- both their 2-year and accelerated programs. I hope to find out in March for ETSU, maybe April for WCU?
Anyone else out in Western NC? Was going to apply to UNC, but hubby & I decided we didn't want to move!
Good luck to you all!!
I'm definitely playing the waiting game. Sent in my application for the VCU Accelerated BSN in November and will hear by mid-February; UVA CNL sends out letters in mid-March; and I'm not sure about the timeframe for PVCC. Good luck to all who are waiting :)
Hey all as the original poster, I'd like to apologize for taking so long to reply back to all! I took a little vacation and had been out of the country for a while! Now I'm back and still waiting! Like I said before, I'm applying to Texas A&M in Corpus Christi for their Accelerated BSN program! Decisions are made in February and letters go out in March! I feel that we are all in this together and I'm 100% rooting for all you guy/gals out there! It's been a tough and long road for us to get to the point where we wait for a yes or no, but this is just the beginning! I'll definitely keep all of you informed as to what happens!
So here's to those of us who love, hate, and shoulder this application process!
In solidarity,
Macizu.
