I went shopping over the weekend for my uniform pants. I am trying to find the least see-through pants. It seems they were all pretty much the same. You can see the pocket lining through the pants. Does anyone have a recommendation for pants? My mom suggested I sew a lining in them but I don't know how to sew :)

Ok, don't laugh, but my answer is full-cut flesh-colored panties! Full cut meaning briefs, so nothing rides up or makes diagonal slashes up your butt cheeks. Wear the right size so they don't dig in and make lines, and wear the best FITTING pants you can so they don't grab your butt where they shouldn't. The better quality the pants, the less see-through they are (I opted for a version that cost more $, better fit and such). Still, love those briefs :)

Denver Hayes brand scrubs are the greatest for the no-see-thru factor. They were only $15(Cdn) for each piece. I don't know if you have any Marks Work Wear House stores south of the border but they have online shopping available. Plus they have a nice selection of prints and solids.

Never thought of that and it is quite a brilliant idea :)

Jasco uniforms makes a pant called "can't see thru me".. they aren't cute but you can't see through them. It's what my school uses.

My friend wears nude Spanx that come to her knee under hers. She says they are good for support and keeping the coverage limited!

The uniform company that we used for school was DOVE. You could not see thru unless of course you wore some wild undies. If someone dared they were sent home. :chuckle
:rotfl: :rotfl: I don't think anyone would dare risk it then :chuckle

LMAO this is hilarious. The Landau cargo pants (white) are good, can't really see through them @ all... I think the style number is 8355?

I ended up buying Cherokee Workwear pants for my uniform. They had to be white, but I liked that they were boot cut. The pockets showed through these pants so what I did was sew the pocket opening closed with my sewing machine and then I just cut the pocket material out of the pants. It was not a big deal since I never use my pants pockets anyway! I also have 1 pair of straight leg pants that I got from Uniform Advantage. These pants don't have the pockets sewn in, but have a cargo pocket on the leg and one on the back. They actually are my favorite pair. I also recommend that you wear underwear that matches your skin tone. I have a friend who wears skin toned thongs and you honestly cannot tell. To each their own I guess!

I wear pants liners. They are underwear that are made of nylon and they go all the way to your ankles. I purchased mine at J.C Penny.

I once wore pink panties under white pants. Was I embarassed when our director, a nun, kindly told me. I wore a patient gown over my uniform feeling very sloppy that day.
Now I have five pairs of the "No see thru" pants.
