Which semester is the toughest?

Hi everyone! I'm starting a BSN program in January and I'm just wondering which semester seemed the toughest?

I am aware the entire process is going to be tough and take dedication and lots of hard work. I'm just wanting to hear which semester seemed the most overwhelming?

I am pretty sure that user meant, no matter which semester you are in, your current one will always seem like it's the hardest one.

meh, i think medsurge, medsurge 2, and family were my hardest ones. Those were the weedout semesters.

My final semester seems alot calmer, but more annoying since I am just waiting to graduate.

I have heard from several people that the first semester is the hardest, just because you're trying to get into the groove of nursing school and come up with a routine for the large amounts of studying you'll need to do. I am also starting nursing school this January. Good luck!! :)

The one you're in, because it is always required that you remember everything you learned in past semesters and be able to apply it after integrating everything you're learning this semester.

I think the only somewhat accurate answer you could get from is from people who went through your program. Odds are mine is completely different than yours!
