Hey y'all! I'm so stoked to be starting a BSN program in January after 2.5 long years of prerequisites! I'll graduate in May '16! Who else is starting the tough journey in January? Any advice?!! So pumped!!

Yeah, I the professor makes such a HUGE difference! Thanks! I ended with a B but I'm still pretty happy with that... considering a lot of students failed:/ My teacher was so tough and not very helpful.

Ugh, my chemistry final is on Monday and I need a 96 on it to make an A. I don't know why principles of chemistry has to be so difficult? I've made As in all my other sciences.. A&P I and II, Bio, Micro. I'd say it has to do a lot with my professor seeing as though the majority of my class fails her quizzes and tests. I'm usually an A student but I've had to work my tail off for this class. Our tests have MC that count for 4 points a piece and then some write out problem ones worth up to 10 points! So if you don't understand one concept out of three chapters, you're automatically at the B range. Anyone else think chemistry was the hardest prerequisite? I can't no wait until Monday is over so I can be completely done with it!! It's my last science before nursing school!! :)

Just wanting advice on which time to enter my BSN program. It's 5 semesters long--January start has summers off, August start does not. I will graduate May 2016 regardless. What personally would y'all pick? Go at a slower pace with summer breaks or straight through? Thanks! :)

I'm not sure which BSN program I want to go in... I've been accepted to one that is a hour away from my house but has a very good reputation. It's 5 semesters long though (2.5 years). On the other hand, there is another BSN program about 20 min away from my house and can be completed in 17 consecutive months. However, their reputation isn't as good (not bad but not like the other). I really want to get done faster and start working. Any advice on which one I should go to? I'll finish about 6 months faster with the one closer to my house. I know it's just 6 months but eeekk!!
