so what is it which one do ytou have or prefer thanks!
I guess I'm the odd nursing student out...lol. I have the Encyclopedia & Dictionary of Medicine, Nursing and Allied Health by Miller and Keane. It is a wonderful book and it has been very useful to me thus far. The ISBN # is 0721697917Fatima
I have that one as well. Got it for Christmas in 2002. I'd hate to have seen the price of it.
I have that one also, Fatima.
I had to get Taber's for my nursing classes. I have the book version, but also purchased the PDA version. I can't tell you how often not only *I* have referred to it, but everyone in my clinical makes use of it also. Even my instructor borrows my PDA - she didn't know they had software programs! She thought they were all glorified address books and appt calendars. :chuckle
I have Taber's and love it. It also comes with a three month free membership to their website where you can print out all kinds of information. I am sure that I will be joining the website when my three months is up!
I love the website, too! Taber's is definitely my preference between the two.
