Where The Heck Is My Packet 4?????

the burning question at the tip of my tongue since my case was forwarded to the london embassy has been when will the packet 4 and interview date arrive.

i received a email from the embassy saying it would be here in September for an October interview, the end of September looms on the horizon and it not here yet?!?!

so girls (or boys) who are there already, how long after completeion did you receive your packet 4? i completed on june 31st, case was sent july 7th to london

answers on a postcard....

I'd be really interested to know this too because it would help with planning as far as when to put the house on the market etc etc.

Is their no-one who is willing to give us an idea?

It is 3-4 months after they recieve packet 3, I heard that is pretty much the only time span you ca rely on. So I expect you will get an interview for November. My heart goes out to you I remember the wait well. I will review my blog for my times

Ok it goes like this

I had recorded that packet 3 was sent before the 20th July 05

I contacted the Us embassy 29/9/05 they said Oct or Nov interview I got letter 26th October with interview date of 11th November 05. So a very close call

I need to check dates but timing between the date that ogp let me know that we had phase one immigration approval and the interview was roughly 5 months, but I will check the dates

To everybody who is waiting, Mine was sent to London since 29th Aug, until now I haven't got yet the PKT-4. I emailed the NVC and London Consular office and told me that downloading papers takes several weeks to retrieve. What I understand is that they upload our files batch by batch... As far as I know, once we got appointment date for medical/interview, there should be a reserved visa no. per applicant otherwise when retrogression occurs it may affect the medicals which is only valid for a year... Just wait & see...!

Claire, you are almost on the same time scale as me last year - I reckon you should be hearing any day now. Bet your interview will be end of October..they usually give you 4 weeks notice of interview... I heard on the 20th Sept and got interview date on Oct 21st....hang in there - I feel your pain.........

the 29th of august?!?

mine was sent on the 7th of july!

i was told that it should take about 12 weeks so you may have a little longer to wait yet

my 12 weeks are up on october 7th so i could be jumping the gun abit :D

i received an email saying that my packet 4 should be in september and visa number available for use in october

Do they not know that september is up in a few days?!? lol
