Wondering if everyone besides me is on vacation???? We have school on Presidents Day because our vacation in next week. If you are all off, I hope you have a great day.

We have school today... I just had kid #47 leave my clinic... only sent one home...she waited two hours for a ride... everyone has a case of the Mondays...

ALSO... we have NO vacation this month! I am jealous of those of you with a "winter" break"... we have no days off from MLK JR day until Good Friday... let's just say staff is using sick days like crazy... I think it's far too long to go without a day off.

Oh, look. #48 just walked in. Headache. Adios!

I'm here also covering those "dangerous lice" checks, had three kids urinate on themselves, all from the same class. I think the class thinks it's a game now, let me pee on myself to go to the nurse's clinic. I had the usual Monday morning vomiting, from self-confessed indulgence in Valentine's candy, and that's only half of my morning...Here in the South we get Spring Break, and it can't come soon enough.

We are having an inservice day. We don't have any vacations this month either. I'm trying to put together my puberty/hygiene presentations. Fun times I tell ya.

I'm off and my flight to Vegas leaves this evening. I'm soooo ready. Last Friday was insane - the middle school kiddos were something else entirely on Friday.
