I have gone to each hosp website career page within a 50 mile radius. I am ideally looking for an ER position. Indeed.com seems to list the most RN jobs in this area tho.

Indeed.com; the state employment website, craigslist, monster.com, careerbuilder.com. Only pay attention to ads on craigslist where the employer is identifiable, otherwise, don't reply to blind ads.

You can and should also look at specialty organization websites that often have job listings (I use AWHONN and NANN). This is very helpful if you want to work in a certain type of unit.

While you're job searching, I would also highly recommend doing whatever you can to boost your job prospects! This will give you more experience to put on your resume and freshen up your skills to increase your confidence, ultimately making you a much more attractive candidate to employers. Best of luck! :)

I highly recommend going straight to the website of any facility- some will not post openings on other sites. My facility absolutely refuses to, even though we desperately need staff and would probably get a lot more applicants (okay, any because the number is 0 right now) if they advertised on the specialty organizations' sites and well-known job search sites (Indeed, etc.).

Where I live, best bet is going straight to the facility's website.
