And what do you base this on? The constitution? Prior court decisions? Feelings?

Outlawing abortion will not stop abortion.

Abortion will not be outlawed it will go to the states.  It's that simple.  It should have always been a states rights issue.  Liberals and Conservatives alike have stated Roe v. Wade was bad law.  What do I base that affects men and women equally?  First off liberals can't even define a woman and secondly men can now have babies too according to liberals.  So yeah it affects both equally.

That's so true it isn't speculation. And the things people will do to try to bring about miscarrying? Not safe AT ALL. If men were the ones who got pregnant, I promise you abortion wouldn't be illegal.

Men can get pregnant.  It's science remember?

Roe v. Wade was never about women's rights.  It was about the right to privacy.  Even RBG didn't like the law and the way it was sweepingly decided.

Individual rights and freedom to make personal private choices should vary according to the politics of the state?

What's not in the Constitution belongs to the states.  Liberals have no problem with hindering the 2nd Amendment at the state level.

Almost every Democrat is pro-abortion.  Abortion is not health.  this affects men just as much as women.

Its a states right issue.  Blue states will allow it and red/purple states may or may not allow it.  It's not complicated.

I believe that ignorance is reflected in the remark “abortion is not health”. The alterative explanation is that you were simply trying to be inflammatory in your word choices. Does my comment reflect the importance of word choice?

Good comeback. Gun violence is a public health issue, just like unwanted pregnancy. Should we talk about responsible governance and mitigation of these social concerns?

Anything can be made a public health issue.  The right to bear arms is irrespective of gun violence.  I can guarantee you more people are killed over their use of words than killed by guns.  Should the 1st amendment be regulated because its a public health issue?

Again, regardless of the minor grammatical error the notion that “abortion is not health care” reflects either ignorance or a desire to be inflammatory. Do you really believe that abortion doesn’t require the expertise of healthy professionals?

The first amendment is regulated: libel, slander, and causing unnecessary panic such as yelling fire when there is none.
