If only the facts presented to you in argument influenced your thinking or opinion. Unfortunately there's little evidence of that.

If only you used facts by discussing the language in the bills to actually make an argument to refute what I said through your thinking or opinion. Which you have not. . Unfortunately you have provided nothing and the evidence of that is abundant in this thread or scarce, depending on how you pook at it. All emotional personal attacks. Numero uno in propaganda tactics. Don't address the topic, attack the person. Then numero deux  accuse the other person of being a propagandist... Numero 3, blame the other by accuse them of playing the victim.

The Republican Party has become pro-COVID.

Here’s what’s painfully obvious, even if the political press doesn’t want to say so: Republicans aren’t merely anti-mask or anti-vaccine. They’re pro-Covid. Period. Republican politicians and commentators, who are fully vaccinated themselves, want the virus to spread and they want to extend the deadly pandemic so it inflicts political damage on Democrats next year. And yes, even if that means anti-science Republicans helping to spread the virus among their own voters, which ought to seem inconceivable, but is not. “Red America Has Seen the Highest Rates of Cases and Deaths, and the Lowest Rate of Vaccinations,” read a recent Washington Post headline.

In my community, people call in to local radio shows to extoll the virtues of "natural immunity", refuse to mask at the request of businesses, and show up to protest at vaccine clinics. At a clinic I worked at to immunize 5-11 year olds, the protesters approached the children waiting in line and warned them they were going to die.

Yes. I'm a republican and I loooove covid! It's great. I'm so happy there's a new variant. Yippee

Honestly, I've spoken quite a bit about the language in the bill...the language that you offered to support your feelings.  Muno very nicely outlined how those words in the bill did not support your beliefs or fears or predictions or extrapolations. It's not necessary to look for other words to refute your beliefs and feelings because 1) no matter the evidence provided you continue to discuss the topic as if your beliefs and feelings are representative of fact or evidence, and 2) you are the person who can't support your feelings using the language of the bill. Your feelings are noted but not evidenced by the actual legislation presented by you as evidence.  Did your high school or college offer debate?

If you don't want to be confused with a propagandist you should refrain from publishing political propaganda.

Okay. I got it. You will not address the bill or my question for whatever reason.....

Why do you talk about my "feelings" did I say I was upset or crying about it? Strange. You mention feelings because you feel in your own head that by portraying me as emotional or upset makes me irrational and therefor discredits me according to you. You are not the Supreme decider of all things fact and propaganda.  Nor are you qualified to tell me how I feel or try to convey how I feel to others. Again a propaganda technique. Not to mention your long winded comments speaking only of me and not the bills themselves. MunoRN is qn example. Follow them.

1) you never mentioned the bill once or referenced anything in the bills 2) why do you keep talking about my feelings? Weird. Again an attempt to degrade my thoughts and opinions as nothing more that irrational feelings.

3) Stop talking about my feelings and talk about the bill. Just because YOU think I'm irrational or whatever doesn't make it so.

4) it's obvious you and I are not going to have a productive conversation so either block me or do not reply.

I suppose this meant to be sarcasm, but I feel Republicans are rooting for increases in COVID cases to make Biden and the Democratic party look bad and give them more election wins. They do this by being anti mask, anti vaccine and anti science.

I agree.  One is either for letting the virus spread (to enourage the Republican party's medical stance on this, I.e. Scott Atlas, Rand Paul, MTG, et al.  and the Libertarians from Stanford) or following public health measures to keep the incidence as low as possible.

Funny thing...I heard this a few times recently.  I wonder what liberal talking head you all are parroting?

Sounds like a strategy the Democrats deployed when they used Covid to crash the economy.

But wait.....Weren't Republicans anti science, etc. before the last election?

Anyway, Biden is doing enough on his own to lose the midterms for the Democrats.

Trump crashed the economy by ignoring basic mitigation strategies, refusing to provide typical federal leadership and pitting state and local governments and economies against one another in pursuit of supplies and medications.

Yes, there's been an anti science element in the social conservatives party for quite a spell. The most famous antiscience republicans are climate change deniers and forced pregnancy zealots...science and facts don't matter much to them as evidenced by their rhetoric...it's all about feelings and beliefs.

You think they are purposely trying to get infected and infected other people to make Biden look bad and get more votes?

Kinda like how the democrats exploited covid, criticized Trump for doing things bad like closing borders and even publically saying that they would not get the vaccine if Trump got it out quickly? Or exploited mail in voting during covid to get more votes? Or let in a large amount of non vaccinated, unknown vaccinated, not immediately tested illegal immigrants in through the border to get votes and try to not require voter id so these people can vote, to get more votes?

Sounds all like conspiracy theories to me.

Most tepublicans are pro vaccine but anti mandate.

You are correct. All of this dribble sounds like conspiracy theory.

In fact, that content you quoted was chock full of partisan propaganda, misinformation and fear mongering about immigrants and voting.

Is Trump above criticism for "doing things bad"?

Of course he's not above criticism for doing bad things. He could pass gas and be blamed for climate change LOL.

Apparently Brandon is.
