Forgive me because a generation older than you but what does this mean?  I Googled "Pahrump" and got a town in Nevada and "mushrooming" and got "rapidly expanding.  Can you clarify without making us Google?

There is no evidence of widespread fraud being perpetrated in the US.  Our system of voting seems to have worked pretty well for a few hundred years.  It's only until Trump made up the idea well before the election that if he looses it will be fraudulent that we seem to have a problem.  Not that there isn't issues here and there.  There always has been.  But "so much fraud perpetrated" can't be supported with facts can it?

I think all of the voter suppression laws, gerrymandering etc can be construed as fraudulent tactics to suppress and skew votes. I wasn't actually talking about the voting process itself. 

Because individual states regulate a national vote, their party loyalties and compromised past, can be influenced by factors with skin in the game, plus open to persuasive tactics, (bribery etc), because of their shady pasts influencing a national enterprise.

I was once at a shindig when I was much younger, where Jack Abramoff made an appearance and he said that there wasn't a politician who wasn't opened to persuasion, ??, nudge nudge! And he would know!

I can understand the person that says that they are not responsible for people of their race are doing.   How is it my fault that white police officers have brutalized African Americans so long and gotten away it?

I cringe sometimes when I've been told "check my privilege".   Even as a gay man I have privilege.  Gay white men earn more money that others in the LGBT community.  It's been long known there is a wage disparity between gay men and lesbians.  In fact a study in 2017 noted even gay men make more than their heterosexual counterparts.   Gay white male couples as a group do the best.   

Anyway, I think it's how we respond to this.  White men have been in power and still hold the power for a long time now.  We have to tackle head on and not allow privilege but equality.  Gay people can still be fired from their jobs for being gay.  Police brutality is a real thing.  Women's reproductive rights are under attack.  

Do we sit back and say "I'm not responsible for what is being done", or do we push back.  I've marched in women's marches, pride, acknowledged privilege and have donated to one of the most marginalized groups in the LGBT community with a high rate of murders:  black homeless transgendered women.  I really could do so much more.  But the point is yes, I am not responsible for the sins and actions of my gender and race, but I am for myself.

This is the real GOP, don't watch it unless you want to freak out! These are the views of people you might know. 

Oh! By the way, Canada is voting soon, wanna bet it will go smoothly and there won't be any Insurrectionists? Or lying about voter frauds! 

And like every other civilized country in the world, a single non partisan organization will deal with the voting, unlike our orificehole country where we leave it up to the different states. Any wonder there's so much fraud perpetrated? 

Despite the lurid headline, I read this and alas, it is all proven to be true.  It certainly has more impace when seen all put together as opposed to recalling each story published one at a time.  Yes, the Repubs have evolved to be women-hating ideologues who would be perfectly comfortable in Saudi or Iran.

I think as humans, we are all responsible to each other because of the impact we have on each other. 

It's the reason for laws. I think all races perpetrate atrocities, but I'm concerned with my country and legislators, who are primarily white. Trump influenced many people to hate crimes by his rhetoric and behaviors. He enabled authoritative personalities like police officers, politicians, soldiers etc to discriminate and emboldened their violent tendencies. The GOP embraced this behavior and amplified it, because they are weak and vulnerable. It's why the minority is now controlling the majority and men are regulating women's health care.

I wonder if that's the attitude you treat your patients with? If they are of a certain political party or race,or what you think they are,  does your level of care change? 

You automatically thought I was a certain race. Because only white people like Trump or reject the idea of characteristics by race right? Well not all POC subscribe to that group think nor do we all think alike! Amazing hey?  We actually can think for ourselves! Oh and often we receive the most egregious race related insults by other POC and their "allies" when it's figured out that some of us have our own opinions....Especially the ones we are not supposed to have. 

Have fun self flagulating yourself for being  white. I suppose Muslims should be ashamed of themselves for September 11?  Or black Americans should be ashamed because of the violence in Chicago? NO. Absolutely not. No where else would that be remotely okay. However it is if you are white, and almost expected. 

When racism becomes okay for one race today, it will be okay for another race tomorrow.  Stop putting people in groups by skin color.  History should tell you it never works  out well for anyone....

There's a difference between self-flagulating and awareness of the luck of being born white in some situations.  I have no idea what race Curious thinks you are.  Your reply is angry backlash.  Becoming self-aware is hard and lashing out is easy.

Yes. There is an election in Canada!! I'm not too worried about voting fraud . You see, up here in Canada, you need a photo ID, confirmation of address and can only go to assigned voting locations. No ID no address confirmation can not vote. Polling stations are run and monitored by all political parties.  

Jan 6 was not a "insurrection ". It was nit okay but it wasn't a insurrection. Please!! Everyone up here laughs at that. We have had worse riots at hockey games. Some fanatic Trump supporters got violent, finally in 4 whole years. Exploited to the max because that all they have. LOL

No. It's strong opposition for an insidious growing cancer that only leads to suffering and pain for everyone. Besides, you really shouldn't call a POC angry because.....

Do Canadians regularly shoot each other during a hockey game?  To they spray mace in the referees' faces?  Do they break down the arena?  I need photo ID to get my voter registration ID.   I need an address to receive an absentee ballot in the mail.  No problem.  As I said before, I do have a problem with mailboxes and ballot boxes being carted away the week before an electon.

Your posts are angry and I don't know or give a crap what color you are.  Everyone is angry these days.  I used to teach anger manager classes to adolescents in the court system so I have good antennae.
