How can you not be because of the things we are doing to women, Blacks and Hispanics and LGBTQ people etc?
Where do you get off telling people how to live their lives? Do you walk in their shoes?

Just how many people have to die before Abbott and DeSantis learn? In fact, just how stupid are trumpistas to continue supporting those idiots?

I am no more responsible for the crimes committed by people who look like me than anyone else. Period.

I wonder if you and the trumpistas understand the psychology of what you believe in?
The desire to keep believing because you have no choice, like a battered woman syndrome! And when reality strikes like a Jonestown or Koresh compound scenario, how many of you will implode and in what fashion.
I have seen too many times in Psych with various patients when reality comes knocking and the implications of what they have done or the people they have hurt, when with simple objectivity they could have avoided all of the painful effects. It's not always a mental illness component, sometimes it's just a repulsive personality and warped defense mechanisms that takes them down that road.
And it's always the shame that gets them. Even when it looked like they had none to begin with. Especially when they realized that they were just following a warped psychopath that everyone else in the world could see except them and they ignored the signs and warnings that everyone kept warning them about!

QuoteThe event in the small Florida town of Newberry featured two anti-vaccine workers, one of whom falsely claimed he wouldn’t get a shot because it “changes your RNA.” DeSantis at the time said nothing about the misinformation, a standard anti-vaccine talking point, and subsequently refused to say why he didn’t correct the falsehood.
“I don't even remember him saying that, so it's not anything I've said,” DeSantis said Tuesday at a press conference when asked about the remarks made the day before. DeSantis then went on to discuss the benefits of vaccinations.
I used to give him props for being pro-vaccine but I lost respect for him now when he allowed false information for the anti-vaxxers to occur. Obviously he's going to take the Republican stance that mandates are a violation of personal freedom, I get that. But take it from that angle and don't allow lies to be spread about the vaccine. He's dangerous at a time when vaccinations have been rising in Florida.

I see that is within the last seven days. Florida indeed has indeed lost a lot of people and the while the rates of covid positive is dropping it's probably going to be a while for the death rates to start dropping in turn.
Overall, the undistinguished title of highest overall death rate has been taken over by Mississippi. This doesn't surprise me because overall they have the highest rates of a lot of chronic illnesses like obesity, diabetes, etc. with a low rate of vaccination.
Florida ranks 10th but I suspect when the final toll of the Summer surge is felt it may move up the list some.

This is the real GOP, don't watch it unless you want to freak out! These are the views of people you might know.
Oh! By the way, Canada is voting soon, wanna bet it will go smoothly and there won't be any Insurrectionists? Or lying about voter frauds!
And like every other civilized country in the world, a single non partisan organization will deal with the voting, unlike our *** country where we leave it up to the different states. Any wonder there's so much fraud perpetrated?

Rawstory.com has a history of taking things out of context and spinning them. Not that they didn't say what they said. But they are left wing media thriving on "controversy". I don't like them but obviously you can read and post what you choose.
There is no evidence of widespread fraud being perpetrated in the US. Our system of voting seems to have worked pretty well for a few hundred years. It's only until Trump made up the idea well before the election that if he looses it will be fraudulent that we seem to have a problem. Not that there isn't issues here and there. There always has been. But "so much fraud perpetrated" can't be supported with facts can it?
