Something to understand what nurses think about re the Current News and their opinions!

If this isn't a scheming plot by Pelosi because she's actually well capable of engendering this wait game, then Biden has made the same mistakes that Obama has. Absolutely deal with the pandemic first, but his second priority should have been the filibuster and not Afghanistan and then stacking of the Supreme Court. Everything else would have been easy following on. 

He has to address Citizens United if he manages to get the court stacked, because that is a huge problem to democracy going forward. 

That should have been Obama's deal to begin with and trump would never have materialized! Without corporate funding, the republicans are dead in the water! 

The problem is that none of our politicians are actually patriotic. They all think of themselves first, reelection 2nd, legacy 3rd and possibly the country last!

Oh by the way, I hear that NY is going to counter Texas abortion law with one of their own. They are going to make it legal for any citizen to sue anyone who has a confederate flag in their house or vehicle or flying anywhere! 

I'm going to invest into some Earl Schieb or buy a mobile auto painting booth and head south down to Texas or Arizona, hire me some immigrants and offer cut rate paint jobs ????. 

Does anyone know if it's illegal to transport paint except in an authorized vehicle?

Now that's an even better idea. Democratic states needs to allow their people to press charges against the moonshine states, that would get you folks all riled up! How about against anyone who's practicing religion that owns a jet, that would completely destroy the economy of the south and the Bible belt! 

You guys want to take abortion rights away, well Dems need to take tractor pulling and catfish noodling rights away, or wait a minute, hold on right there boy! Those things aren't constitutional rights, except in the south and the Bible belt!

It still says the recovery is alive and well and happening.  The Delta Variant seems to be one of the culprits in the economists missing the mark.

All states are in a fully open status.  It seems to be hurting small businesses.  Doubtful mask mandates have much to do with it since the economy started booming with people wearing masks.  It's when we took them off and decided not to get the vaccine that things went to hell and spooked people to changing their habits as people started getting sick and yet another surge happened. 

However, I don't think the stats are out about places that are only allowing the vaccinated to participate.  It's hard not to imagine this will harm some businesses.

Another issue is so many people are showing up positive, even the vaccinated.  I have a PT friend that says her entire vaccinated family has it.  So many teachers have some students sit in classes with nothing to do, airlines have canceled flights due to so many sick staff, floors are understaffed because of covid positive staff, restaurants have reduced hours or have closed for weeks because of outbreaks among staff.  Even if their aren't getting sick and are vaccinated the variant is taking a toll.

So Kevin McCarthy and MJT are threatening companies to not comply with the investigation! 

I think that's a pretty good precedent set for future criminals. Apparently it's OK to threaten the investigators. It's a good thing most common criminals don't read because if they could get away with it, then I don't see why other criminals won't try the same thing? 

What have they got to lose? Between trump and Lindsay Graham, Ted Cruz, Hawley etc, I actually don't see why criminals just don't put everything down to fake news as a defense? 

No one in the republican party appears to have gotten into trouble for lying, so apparently it's an acceptable behavior now! 

Can anyone actually prosecute the house members or just impeach them?

You know what worries me a lot? It's a repetition of the NY draft riots in the 1850's? when Irish people mostly turned on black people and literally slaughtered them ,because they were afraid if slaves were freed, they would take the jobs away. 

We haven't actually moved on much since then, have we? Blaming of Asians for the Covid virus or Hispanics for spreading the virus etc etc. Can you believe we still have people stuck in the mentality of the mid 1800's?

She dates Don Jr.  Instant skanticity!  Donald Trump Jr's rare sheep hunt 'cost US taxpayers $75,000' - BBC News.  The guy took huge advantage of the taxpayers, and is a defective human being.  She has that skanky female Fox TV look.  Only seen in her *** me heels, cleavage galore, too much make-up and too much plastic surgery.  Well, Beerman, now we know you like the Barbi doll kind of woman.  Good luck with that.
