I know the economy stinks and some of you have jobs and some do not.
What is your splurge, when you are able?
Mine is a dolled-up coffee and a sale item at one of my favorite clothing stores.

I get a monthly leather-bound book from the 100 Greatest Books Ever Written collection from the Easton Press. I'd stopped it during nursing school, but it was the FIRST thing I wanted to resume when I graduated and got a job. Well, that and the new house with pool. I'm a permanent fixture at Lowes now. :)
This may be my new splurge!!

Generally a night out at a restaurant. Just did the big splurge, a mustang GT 2011, fully loaded. Two cruises a year.

Half Price Books. Love that place. My kids know to get me gift cards for any occasion, and I buy the coupon calendar every year. I also dearly love the clearance section. With the coupons and the gift cards, I can come home with a bag of books that would have been $250 new for about one tenth of that. Hey, Don, do you you have HPB anywhere near you? I know you'd go nuts there.

Mir, I've never even heard of Half Price Books! Now, I'll have to search and hope for a location near me...! It sounds like heaven...
