I'm finding that Chemistry is very hard. Right now i am getting a low A and will probably turn into a B by the end of the semester. I still need A&p 1 and 2 and micro. Im really hoping that these other sciences are alittle easier for me. I guess what I'm hoping that even if I can only get a B in Chemistry, getting A's in my other sciences is attainable. Please Let me know if you had a hard time with Chem, but excelled in A&P and micro.
Thanks!

Chemistry is a tough subject but if you have the right professor it can be very manageable. Last semester I barely passed with an A (90.2 average). This semester I have around a 96, we have finals in two weeks so I should still finish with an A. I don't take A&P until Fall semester so I'm not sure how hard that will be.

Chemistry is not easy at all, many of us took a C a walked away happily. I have done really well in A & P 1 ( came out with a B) and doing well in A & P 2 now. I take micro this summer. Don't beat yourself up about chemistry your doing very well, keep it up! I would have loved to have had a B. lol.
Lol...Thank you for your responses :) I'm trying to raise my overall GPA, so that's the main reason I wanted an A. I've come to the conclusion that I just have to accept the B and be happy :)

Currently, I have a B in my chemistry class. As it turns out, my B is the 2nd highest grade. My teacher is really tough and is notorious for falling an entire class. I haven't taken A&P or Micro but I am taking it this summer.
We've all had times where we had to accept a grade we didn't want and move on. Lol. I had a C in math & a B in a PE course last semester (a PE course really??) yes, I had a terrible instructor. I was depressed about my grades for a couple weeks then got over it & vowed to do better this semester. As of now I have only 1 B out of 7 classes (which sucks), but it may be an A before the end of the semester. Just keep up the good work and work as hard as you can. You might come out with an A :)

Has anyone taken chem during the summer? I'm doing that next month, and I'm kinda nervous because I've never been a big fan of chem lol. So I'm not sure if it's gonna be a good idea to take in a 6 week duration!

A in Chem 1, borderline failing Chem 2 which is organic-bio chem, not general chem. Hardest class I've ever taken. I've
Re registered for the summer class just in case I can't pull off a B on my final.

It is just a lot to remember. My final is chapter 9-13. It includes all the organic chemistry with alkanes, etc. Right now I have a high A and I need a 50 to keep that...and I have my final today in Lab. I am thinking I will do fine but it does take a lot of time to study. More of memorizing lots of similar facts with minor changes for each chapter.
Anatomy is nothing like Chemistry. I found Chemistry easier for me but Anatomy was more time consuming. It wasnt difficult it just took a lot of time memorizing and studying.
