Ok, since I collect vintage items, have noticed a flurry of activity surrounding nursing gear these past few weeks, especially caps. As it is the wrong season for Holloween, that can only mean one thing. *LOL*
What is everyone doing for Nurse's Week?
My cap is almost 30 years old. When I did wear it after graduation, I took a mini hair comb, stitched it to the tag that you would drive the bobby pins into your head. Then just slide the comb on the top of my head and one bobby pin on each side to keep it from moving around...and VoILA!!! Instant head injury from hitting it on so many things...

That is a cute tote bag, Sue! Where did you got that?
NOt sure what this is about but we got a cheap, I mean cheap name tag (like the pin on plastic holder that you slid a card into) you get when you go to a seminar. Plain white with black printing that says "Nurses week 2010" if you are a charge nurse, do clinical ladder, have worked there for 25 years you get "extra" little tags that hang off the bottom.......so most of us have just the plain badge, LOL why bother!!!!!:hdvwl:
PS....Just someone tell me I'm doing a good job!!! Act like you care....
