I did not see any thread on February 2011 support group, so I decided to form a forum for us to share our view, plan and how to pass for the test. As we all prayer for each other to continue with this journey I wish everyone who is taking NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-LVN/LPN.

Here is the plan and we have a 1+month.
Here is my plan finishing the Saunders CD (fourth edition)
Do the Exam cram CD (1000 questions)
Do the NCLEX 3500 and with all the prayers to pass this NCLEX.

I will take mine in Feb as well. I have the Kaplan NCLEX for 2010- 2011 and will have the Kaplan NCLEX for 2011-2012 on 2/03/2011. I also have the Prentice Hall NCLEX RN (the big red book) and find it helpful for medications and the tear out nursing notes in the front. Praying to GOD that i am doing enough and understand the material well enough! :hpygrp:
I took my test on 2/28/2011 (a saturday) came home, did the PVT and got the good pop up. I am in CA. I emailed the BON and asked how long it might take for my license number to be posted. The reply was short and sweet "Up to 4 weeks." I checked the BON today 3/01/2011 and I am happy to say my License number has posted. So to my CA peeps who have heard that there is a back log for the RN license postings due to a Friday furlough, this is whats going on as of now.
Hi everyone, I took the NCLEXpn on Feb 7th and just got my results, I passed Yah! The pearsonvue trick was accurate for me so spreading the good luck all your way
I took my test on the 18th in Alabama. Found out I passed last Thursday. Got my paper license in the mail Friday and today I got my credit card size license. So watch out Alabama.....I am licensed to practice!!!!!
I am new to this site. I've been following it for the last 2 months now and decided to register today, cuz I found it really helping, inspirational and encouraging. I was actually looking for someone who sat for nclex in feb or march 2011 to share the vue of nclex for this year. I've given nclex rn on Feb 28th and today i've got my quick result and it says i failed. This is actually the 2nd time I failed. First time I sat for the exam in 2009 around Sep and the comp. shut down at 75 questions but at that time I was not ready at allll. I studied a lil bit and went for it just to give it a try but this time I really tried hard. This time also it shut down at 75 questions.I started prep. from Oct. 2010 till Feb 27th but looks like I'm still not competent ebough. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, cuz I really wanna pass it this 3rd time. I don't have any support group or nothing. I'm a foreign graduate and reside in US with my husband and a 2 yr old baby. My husband is busy so of course I don't wanna bother him with my headache. I could hardly find time to study but I really tried my best this time. I don't consider myself a complete failure either, cuz I know one day I will do it and I have a very strong faith in God. As they say "There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure". I'll still try and would not give up till I see the "Pass" status on my pearsonvue account. LOL. Will update you guys again on the result of my 3rd attempt. So stick around and those of you who fail plzzzz don't give up. It's worth trying and one day you will be rewarded. Good luck from the bottom of my heart to those who are going to sit for nclex soon.
