  1. some pharmacy has compound drugs. for agitation that doesn't respond to anything we do try phenobarbital suppository. And it works wonders.
  2. i already got the job, i am now training/orienting. i was already able to shadow in AM shift. it was pretty intense. i saw a lot of charting... you do assessment everyday in your shift., on Days for 12hrs shift it's 2:12 with 1 aide... i hope i can keep up and do it smoothly when i start working alone.. i think it's the charting, documentation, and and all the writings are making the shift so busy even u have less pts

    LTC, i still have to do some treatments, basically i need to do everything, but CNA does the peri care.. I don't have any idea either if it is still legal patient load

    Hospice.. That's what i thought to coz there's no point of checking there vital signs, but pt tend to have high fever and of course we'll give suppository tylenol

    Thanks for all the info, this will greatly help me more as i am ending my job in LTC and start a new job in Hospice House. (2mg/2ml of roxanol)

  15. I had my recent interview, did not put reference upon request, they did not ask for references though and i got the job
