While creating your own feed, you can define which forums you want to include.

Just click on the cog icon next to "topics" and select the forums which you're interest into.

I was afraid of that. So it seems the only way to exclude content from only one forum is to go through and check everything but that? There should be an easier way!

I have a suggestion--how about putting these how to videos under the video tab or make a help tab and put them there so we don't have to keep trying to find this thread to watch the videos again.

The How-To videos are under the video tab. Once you get to the video page, click on Category and scroll down to How To.

I always use my phone to view the site and In Google chrome there’s an option to view the mobile version or the desktop version. I keep choosing desktop but it does not change and therefore I have a limited view of the site (mobile version stinks).

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I view allnurses on my iphone 6+ and just copy the link from Chrome. The navigation yellow bar is on the right on mobile and you have to click on icon that looks like three vertical lines and then it slides over from the right.

Thank you TN Butterfly. I have a lot of videos to go thru! Hopefully they will have my answer. I did all the checkboxes to create yet another stream. I only selected about 5 items but for some reason it keeps bringing up the postings about nursing schools.

If I'm still not able to figure it out is there somewhere in particular I should be posting a Help me question?

I see that now thanks, but I still cannot view it as “desktop version”. I can only view “mobile version” even though I clicked the option on chrome to “view desktop version”.

@dlunurse We are trying to answer posts wherever you post. This is a fine place to post your questions.

I have asked @Joe V to give more explanation about the Nurse Only and Student Only streams.

Unsure about this. @Joe

TNButterfly--I went thru the videos. 90% of them are things I have no interest in but I watched the few that I thought pertained to what I want (which is to keep things very simple).

I had previously created 2 streams and gave them names. But I don't see where there is a video saying how you find these streams, edit them, etc. Is there not a video for that? Are there other instructions somewhere else that I am not aware of?

All I ever really wanted to do was just see a list of the newest postings without all the student and school postings so I could click on and read the ones I was interested in.

I'm with dlunurse here... I did create one stream successfully, and I'm using it, but I've made others and can't find them. I have attempted 6 total and only the 2nd one shows up in the list. I do remember I made the one I use from a different location, I just don't know how I did it!

I believe there must be an issue with creating streams...
