i hope everyone had a great weekend! :)

my update: i wasn't able to officially weigh in last week due to orientation, but on my home scale, i was down 12 lbs. yeah! i just hope i can keep this up. i worked 7p - 7a both friday & saturday night, and i ate horribly & did not exercise either day. i just have to do better this week. 173/161/125

best wishes!

I didn't get to go to the meeting last week either because I had to wait for the cable guy :angryfire but I went today and weighed in. I had lost 2.4lbs. Ithought for sure that I had gained but I didn't!!!! :rotfl: I hope everyone else is having a great week.

Congrats kittylvr! That's great! :)

And thanks, Farm...I'm doing much better. Yesterday I used 1 flexpoint...thanks to my boss. I was all set to have my 6 pt. lunch & then he comes in with a baked potato for me. Not bad...but it had cheese, butter & sour cream on it!!! So I ate it (didn't want to make him mad) and counted ALLLLLLL those points. Had a 4 pt dinner to make up for it. Today's better. He's not going to be in until late afternoon! HAHA! :D

I had a bowl of oatmeal with a point's worth of brown sugar (4 pts total) for breakfast. That really helps fill me up. I've got my 6 pt lunch, an apple and a 2 pt. bar for the rest of the day...then I'll probably have a low point dinner.

Do any of you have the ww points calculator for Palm? I can't seem to find anywhere online to download it.

I'm still coming down..........I've now lost 32# since 12/26. My first goal was to lose 10% of my starting weight, and now I've done that and a little more. Best of all, it's enough to make a difference now in how I look as well as how I feel---even my co-workers and my family who see me every day are noticing the weight loss. I have a neck again.........my jaw line is beginning to come back.....my stomach no longer sticks out farther than my bosom......I've had to go down a couple of notches on my watchband.....and I actually nip in slightly at the waist now. Best of all, I move around much more easily, and can even bend over to tie my shoes without feeling like I'm gonna pass out! Hurray!! Almost a third of the way to my 100#-off-in-one-year goal!!

It's really tough going some days, though......there's all kinds of sweets around at work, all the time, and it is SOOOOOOO difficult to stay out of them! But I always force myself to remember what another BB member always says: nothing tastes as good as being thin feels. Well, I don't remember what being thin feels like, but I do know how much better I feel now with over thirty pounds gone, so that'll have to do for now. :)

Hurray!! Almost a third of the way to my 100#-off-in-one-year goal!!

That is AWESOME!!!

Way to go! Keep up the good work!

AmyLiz, don't feel bad for using those FPs, thats what they're there for!!! I have a really hard time not using them almost everyday! I think that's the only way I can keep going with this...

mjlrn...very cool on the 32# gone!!! you are well on your way!!

I had my WI today I hit my 25# loss! So now I am 26% of the way there on my -100# journey (like you mjlrn!). I lost 1.4 bringing my total to -26# since 1/7/04. I wasn't really expecting the loss this week as I had a few cocktails on thurs. nite, had italian and sushi on Friday & a wedding on Saturday! The weekend pretty much wrote off those FP for the week. :)

way to go farm! I'm looking forward to getting my 25# magnet! :)

I don't quite have 100# to lose...but close. I've got around 80# total.

i got a 5lb star!!

after a horrible week that included mexican food, strawberries and cream, and girl scout cookies, i actually lost 1.2 lbs and am down a total of 10!!! :)

hope everyone is doing well!

I just had to share the great luch idea I had today. I am new so maybe most of you have had something similar to this, but yesterday was my first day and I was so hungry. Now, after I just finished lunch, I am not. Anyways, I took a tortilla and spread on 1 tbsp of cream cheese. Then I added 2 oz. of turkey, 1 tsp. of sunflower seeds, 1 tsp finely chopped mushrooms and 1 tsp. finely chopped cucumber. Then I rolled it up and ate that and 1 cup of grapes and a diet coke with lime. Yum! And all together it was only 7 points. Not too bad. Since I think lunch will be the hardest meal to keep interesting and low in points, I thought maybe some of you might feel the same.

Yum! That sounds really good! :)

I usually bring a frozen "Lean Gourmet" meal to work with me. They list the points right on the box & they're usually between 99c-$1.30 at the grocery store. Can't beat that. I also load up on fruit. Just had a banana for snack, as a matter of fact! :)

Just found this WW thread! I have been doing WW since May of last year. Down officially 51 pounds :) . I want to lose about 40 more though. I am so ingrained in this program i can spew out point values for foods at will. I am a walking WW commercial :chuckle Anyone have any good recipes or meal ideas they want to share? I have quite a collection at this point :)

I fell off the WW wagon and I'm climbing back on tomorrow! I used 24 FP today!!! Can I say 'Oink' enough? And my B-day is on Sun!!! Ack!

Back to being good....
