I didn't weigh in last night. Didn't have the $$ to pay for the meeting (ah, the life of a poor nursing student!) and besides that...I had a bad week. I'm going to go next week & really crack down again this week. I really need to start exercising...I'm just having a hard time forcing myself to get up early enough to do something.

I had a great week! Finally hit my 10% yesterday and only .4 until 25 lbs! The -2.4 loss was a surprise to me as I had figured I had done horribly.
Everyone stick with it!!! One day at a time!

I lost another 2 lbs! :)
I too thought I had a bad week, but maybe it's so "ingrained" into us now that even when we think we are doing bad, it's not as bad as we think...did you follow that? :chuckle
Have a great week!
Congrats! :)
I, on the other hand...have not done well. Since missing last week's meeting I've pretty much "fallen off of the wagon" so to speak. Ugh. I'm trying not to beat myself up over it, but I know I've gained 3 pounds or so since my last weigh in. Not good.
I'm going to go to the meeting on Monday though & weigh in. Take my bad news & start over.
AmyLiz,
Life happens and diets get in the way sometimes...keep you head up and a smile on your face and all will turn out well.
Hugs!

Hope you guys don't mind my sticking my nose into your WW thread, even though I'm not doing the program........I'm now down almost 30# since the day after Christmas I thought I'd gain back at least a few of the pounds I lost when I was sick, but I didn't, and have lost another couple this past week. I feel sooooooo much better than I did when I started all this, I can't believe it myself........I can hardly wait till I lose another 30!!
Congrats! If you don't mind me asking, how are you going about losing weight? It's amazing when you notice the difference in how you feel by changing your eating habits and the food choices you make. Exercise only adds to it! Keep up the good work!
Going in for the weigh in tonight. It's going to be bad...I think I'm up 3 lbs or so in the past 2 weeks, but I'm jumping back on the wagon. I'm going to be good again...journal my days, etc. And I'm going to start exercising again too. I've got to. This is too easy to screw up!

A friend of ours is on WW and has lost 20 pounds so I thought I would give it a try. Actually, my husband will be eating the same but just not going to the meetings. He is in the Navy and sometimes has pretty late hours. Anyways, I will be going to my first meeting tomorrow night. I am a bit nervous. I don't know why; I guess it's just because it is new and I won't know anyone there. I will let you all know how it goes. Bye for now,
Well, I did gain 3 pounds over the past 2 weeks...just like I had suspected.
BUT...today's another day & I'm back on track. So far I've had 6 pts & getting ready to have a 6 pt. lunch in another hour or so. The meeting last night helped a lot. My leader was the one who weighed me & she talked to me a little bit. So I'm feeling pretty good about everything again. :)
AmyLiz you have such a great attitude! You're right, today is another day and you can get right back on track! I'm glad you made the choice to go back to your meetings! Let us know if you need anything!
