best wishes!

Where is everybody? Last night at the meeting there weren't very many people either. Are you guys sticking with it even though it is getting warmer? As of last night, I lost another 1.6 pounds for a total of 19 pounds so far. I have a long ways to go, but it is encouraging that it is staying pretty consistant. I can't wait to be skinny again!!!

Hi Kats,

Well, I know I'm still here! I took a little "break" from meetings for 3 weeks and went back Weds nite. Considering the vacation I took, I was down .6! I'm still drinking the water but still have not started to excercise! I know its bad, but I never seem to be able to motivate myself to do it. I am proud to say that I'm actually back on track this week.... 37.4 lbs gone, ~62.6 more to go!

Keep up the good work!

Christine

As of last night, I lost another 1.6 pounds. I only need to lose another 2.4 pounds to get my first 10%. I have also found that since walking every night, I can't sit still as much as I used to. I used to have to force myself to exercise in the mornings, but now I wake up and can't wait to get to it. I even ordered a Tae-bo dvd so that I can have a bit more variety for my morning exercises (I used to have it on tape, but my hubby sold it at a garage sale while I was visiting my Mom- oops!) Anyways, it really is amazing how much better I feel after having exercised regularly for a while. I definately recommend it. I hope you all are sticking with it and doing well.

Morning-

I am a former WW online member. I would like to re-join and was wondering if anyone knew of a promotional/coupon code that I could enter for a discount??

Thanks in advance!!!

I'm a WW'er too, for almost 3 years now. However since starting nursing school in January I have not followed the plan much.

In fact I've not lost much weight either! I'm working on getting it back together again!

Buy a WW magazine at the store. They usually have a "free trial" or something in the like in there. I haven't been to a meeting in about 5 weeks. I just moved, but when I run across my WW organizer, I'll send you my code. Give me a day or two to find it. Moving is the pits. I hope to start back up at WW REAL soon. Good luck to everyone!:clown:

Hey guys...I started WW 2 weeks ago and yesterday went to WI and lost a measly .2lbs...guess it's better than gaining it huh? I'm down a total of 2.6lbs. Me and my mom are doing it together so it's good to have someone to help me along and keep me OP. This week in the meeting we talked about exercise...yuck my lease favorite. But, I know that if I get started walking or whatever that I'll get used to it and will actually feel worse unless I do it every day. I guess your body gets used to it and when you take it away, it lets you know it's not happy. Anyway...good luck to everyone and I hope you all have a good week.

Well, I lost another 1.6 pounds. It's been the same for the past three weeks, but I guess I can't complain since I am at least losing steadily. Only .8 of a pound to lose before I reach my first 10%. Dixienurse, exercise is definitely important. My husband, my son, my dog, and I have been walking around the base each evening after dinner. We go anywhere between 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 miles. It helps to walk with other people so you are so busy talking that you don't think so much about the fact that you are exercising. I have also found that since walking every night I have had more energy and have been sleeping better. I also think that variety is important. I have been also doing aerobics, tae-bo, and going swimming. I don't, of course, do all of these things every day. I just switch them around and do one of them in addition to the walking every day. They key is to find things that you enjoy so you won't dread it so much. Have fun with it.
